• Stalling speed, clean: 117 KIAS at normal weight
• Stalling speed, landing: 83 KIAS at normal weight.

Engine Start

Use Ctrl-E (autostart) to start the aircraft.

Takeoff

1. Make sure fuel is set to fullest tank.
2. Set flaps to the up position.
3. Set elevator trim neutral to slightly nose-up.
4. Apply full power smoothly.
5. Rotate at 110 KIAS, liftoff at 130 KIAS.

Climb

1. Climb at 250 KIAS.
2. Set climb power to 90-95% N1.

Cruising

1. Set cruise power as desired from 70-85% N1.
2. A normal cruise is around 450 KIAS.

Landing

1. Approach the field at about 175 KIAS with plenty of room to slow down.
2. Extend landing gear on downwind at about 160 KIAS.
3. Deploy flaps in stages, up to 20 degrees on downwind, 30 degrees on base.
4. Extend airbrakes as required.
5. Don't deploy full flaps until the runway is made.
6. Normal landing speed is 115 KIAS over the fence, touchdown at about 100 KIAS.
