FSX Steam Edition Compatible Models
Almost all Virtavia models have been converted to a new format for users of the new FSX Steam Edition. What was once a single model package, usually with multiple variants and liveries, is now in two separate packages - the Main Package and the DLC Package. This means of course the model can erffectively be purchased at a much lower price as there is only one model and one livery - naturally this inlcudes all the other essential features such as panels (where applicable), gauges, sounds, checklists and flight dynamics files. The new-look installers will place the packages into the default Steam Edition folder structure. You get the opportunity to edit the path if you have a non-standard installation. The list below shows all the models currently available at the usual vendors - look in their Steam Edition section, if they have one, or failing that, look in the Virtavia section on their site. There are still a handful of models which, due to technical issues in SE, are still awating conversion. These will be added in due course.
